PRIVACY NOTICE

A clear account
of the information.

This notice covers the Deskarden public website and account access. A privately operated workspace has its own operator and deployment settings.

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Public browsing

The public website serves its own pages, styles and scripts. It does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. The product tour uses sample content stored in the page; it does not access your files or start agent work.

Requests necessarily reach our hosting infrastructure with technical information such as the requested address and network address. Infrastructure and error logs may contain request metadata. They are used to operate and protect the service and are subject to bounded log retention.

Account forms

Sign-in details are sent over HTTPS and checked by the server. Passwords and submitted form contents are not written to application logs. Registration details are used to validate workspace membership.

A successful sign-in creates an essential session cookie. It is restricted to this site, unavailable to page scripts and configured to expire after eight hours. Signing out removes the session. The public pages do not require a marketing-cookie consent choice.

Contact messages

If you email us, the message passes through email providers and the forwarding service used for our contact address. We use the information you provide to respond to your request and manage the related correspondence. Please avoid sending passwords, credentials or private project files.

Ask us to delete correspondence when it is no longer needed. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing support, security or legal obligations.

Private workspace content

The workspace operator chooses where files, model inference and backups are stored. Local inference and external connector use have different data paths. This public-site notice does not replace an operator’s own policies or agreements.

See security and data boundaries for the deployment model. Questions about content in a private workspace should first go to its operator.

Your questions and requests

For privacy questions, account-information requests or a request to remove correspondence, email contact@deskarden.com. We may need to verify ownership before changing or disclosing account information.

Changes to this notice
